As a Business Professional
Born in the vibrant city of Portland, OR, and raised in its diverse culture and spirited community, my journey has been a blend of personal growth, academic pursuit, and professional development. My childhood in Portland not only shaped my early interests but also instilled in me a deep sense of determination and resilience. This foundational period led me towards my academic journey at the University of Arizona, where I immersed myself in the dynamic environment of the Eller College of Management. With a fervent interest in business and entrepreneurship, I pursued a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, focusing on Business Management and Entrepreneurship. The prestigious HEERF 3 Grant and the Arizona Recognition Tuition Scholarship further fueled my academic endeavors, motivating me to excel and explore beyond conventional boundaries.

My engagement in the Eller College of Management was not just academic; I seized every opportunity to participate in student clubs, networking events, and leadership roles, aiming to refine my leadership skills and build a robust foundation of experience. My commitment to taking full advantage of the program was driven by the understanding that success in business requires more than just theoretical knowledge—it demands real-world application, leadership, and an entrepreneurial spirit.

Understanding the importance of practical experience, I embarked on my professional journey even before completing my degree. My initial foray into the workforce was through diverse roles in the service industry, where I honed my customer service skills and learned the nuances of effective communication and teamwork. These early experiences were pivotal in developing my ability to interact with people from various backgrounds and to lead with empathy and understanding.

My role as CEO at PEPCORP, a testament to my growth and dedication, allowed me to spearhead projects that emphasized sustainability, innovation, and strategic partnerships. Similarly, my tenure at Bluestone Real Estate Services and Atrium Hospitality Marriott underscored my ability to adapt, innovate, and lead in challenging environments. Whether managing residential building projects with Renaissance Homes or orchestrating team efforts at PEPCORP, my journey has been characterized by a relentless pursuit of excellence, leadership, and a commitment to making a positive impact.

As I look forward to graduating from the University of Arizona in May 2024, my experiences thus far have solidified my resolve to excel as a business leader. My interest lies in both the residential and commercial real estate sectors, reflecting a broad spectrum of experiences and leadership roles that have shaped my career thus far. Notably, I held a position as a Manager's Assistant with Renaissance Homes in Lake Oswego, OR, during the summer of 2022. This role allowed me to immerse myself in the complexity of residential home development, providing me the opportunity to engage in the entire construction process from inception to completion. My involvement in these projects was deeply fulfilling, providing a hands-on experience that enhanced my understanding of the construction and real estate industries.

Beyond this, my career has evolved significantly, encompassing various facets of real estate and hospitality. Through leadership positions, including my prior experiences with Bluestone Real Estate Services and Atrium Hospitality Marriott, I have developed a comprehensive skill set that spans project management, customer service, and strategic business development. These roles have not only broadened my perspective on the real estate and hospitality industries but have also underscored my commitment to innovation, sustainability, and customer satisfaction. My continuous pursuit of professional growth in the real estate domain is driven by a passion for both residential and commercial sectors, with a keen interest in contributing to and innovating within these fields.

At the heart of my role as CEO of PEPCORP (Pro-Earth Products Corporation) lies a deep-seated passion for combining environmental sustainability with groundbreaking business innovation. My leadership is driven by a vision to redefine industry standards by proving that businesses can both thrive and be conscious of the environment. This vision guides my strategic direction for PEPCORP, where I spearhead efforts to develop products that are not only eco-friendly but also resonate with our customers' values and market demands.
My enthusiasm for this venture stems from a belief in the power of sustainable business practices to effect real change.
